Grants from The Macy’s Foundation (including the Bloomingdale’s Fund of The Macy’s Foundation) are focused in the categories of arts and culture, education, the environment, HIV/AIDS and women’s issues. Grant proposals are accepted only by invitation.

“The New Hampshire Breast Cancer Coalition is honored to have support from The Macy’s Foundation,” stated Nancy Ryan, NHBCC President.  “The grant is aimed at program support and will benefit the New Hampshire Breast Cancer Coalition Support Services Fund.”

The New Hampshire Breast Cancer Coalition developed the Support Services Fund to assist low-income and uninsured New Hampshire breast cancer patients pay for the necessities of daily living. “The Macy’s Foundation grant will go to work immediately to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives,” according to Ryan.
